Inception is a platform where creative freelancers and small business owners showcase work.
3. Eligibility and Account Creation
You must be at least 16 to create an account.
4. Prohibited Content and Services
Users may not post:
• Adult or explicit material
• Hate speech, harassment, or violent content
• Illegal products or services
• AI-generated content without disclosure
• Anything illegal
5. Account Deletion
Requests must be made via support. Data may be retained for compliance and security.
6. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails. Marketing emails can be opted out.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rocket Rod LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Creators retain IP rights unless otherwise agreed. Inception is not liable for disputes.
9. Account Suspension or Removal
We may suspend or remove accounts at our discretion for violations or abuse.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by California law. Legal disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County.

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation) Safety Standards
Inception (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) maintains strict policies and enforcement standards to prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) across our platform. These standards are publicly available and apply to all users.
1. Prohibited Content & Behavior
We strictly prohibit any content, activity, or behavior that involves, depicts, or promotes:
Child sexual abuse or exploitation
Sexualized content involving minors
Endangerment, grooming, or solicitation of minors
Accounts or networks that attempt to share, distribute, request, or create CSAE content
Any violation will result in immediate account removal and may be reported to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities.
2. Detection & Reporting
We actively monitor for CSAE content through:
User reports
Automated detection systems
Manual review
We promptly investigate all reports and take action aligned with applicable law. Users may report suspicious activity directly within the app or by emailing our team.
3. Safety of Minors
We take a preventative approach to protect minors on the platform:
No minor may appear in sexualized or exploitative content
No adult may request, solicit, or contact a minor for inappropriate purposes
Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions or identity verification may result in enforcement action
4. Enforcement Actions
If CSAE content or behavior is detected, we will take one or more of the following actions:
Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
Removal of violating content
Device or IP blocking
Reporting to NCMEC or appropriate law enforcement agencies
We cooperate fully with legal investigations.
5. Developer Identity & Responsibility
These standards are published and maintained by Rocket Rod Media LLC, the developer of Inception, as listed on our Google Play Store listing. We ensure this page remains functional, globally accessible, and accurate.
